What We Do
Our practice covers the full range of U.S. immigration law: employment-based green cards (EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, and PERM), family-based petitions and marriage green cards, asylum and withholding of removal, deportation defense in immigration court, appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals, federal circuit petitions for review, temporary work visas (H-1B, L-1, and O-1), fiancé visas, U visas, VAWA self-petitions, waivers of inadmissibility, and citizenship and naturalization.
For a complete list of services, visit our Practice Areas page.
Our Approach
Immigration law is technical, high-stakes, and fast-moving. Two things separate the cases that win from the cases that don’t: building the strongest possible evidentiary record from day one and understanding the specific USCIS, court, or consular officer standards that will be applied to your case.
We do the work up front rather than filing a thin petition and hoping for the best. Every case is handled personally by an attorney—not passed to a paralegal or a form-filling service. When you call our office, you speak with a lawyer.
Languages We Serve
The firm serves clients in three languages: English, Persian (Farsi), and Spanish. Attorney-client conversations, intake, and case strategy can happen in any of the three.
Formal filings and court testimony are in English, as required by U.S. immigration courts and USCIS, but the substantive attorney-client work does not have to be.
For information specifically for Persian-speaking clients, visit our Persian Deportation Defense page .
